Bears and Rams have talented defenses and offenses that are sometimes disappointing. This makes it a bit difficult to form a DraftKings Showdown team for Monday night football in week 7. It’s not that D / ST are necessarily awesome DFS games, but this game can be unpredictable in general.
We also don’t have a lot of cheap refuges. This eliminates most of the idea of using a valuable captain, and we also can’t use particularly expensive captains because there isn’t one cheap one to compensate for that game. Instead, we need to focus on volume when creating our composition.

DraftKings Showdown Picks: Bears and Rams
Captain (1.5x price, 1.5x points): RB Darrell Henderson Jr., Rams ($ 12,300)
There is no single captain’s choice in this game, but we prefer the Rams. Because Chicago has a statistically worse run defense than crossover defense, that means we’re going with Henderson, who seems to have locked in a heavy LA load. If our idea that Rams is a better team emerges, Henderson should be helped and the game script.
FLEX: QB Jared Goff, Rams ($ 10,400)
There’s only one safe in this lineup in our lineup, and we’re going with Goff for a wide arms proliferation for the rams. We can predict exactly where Nick Foles ’handover will be most difficult, but the Rams are more everywhere. Goff gives us a portion of the WR that we didn’t use for Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp.
FLEX: WR Allen Robinson, Bears ($ 10,000)
Robinson could treat Jalen Ramsey, but he is the most targeted Bears player despite the match. The smallest target he saw this season was last week’s nine. Volume is just as important as anything at this price, and while Foles isn’t appealing at a similar price, Robinson’s workload is high.
FLEX: RB David Montgomery, Bears ($ 8,400)
Montgomery gets a slightly tougher match than Henderson, mostly due to Aaron Donald in the middle, but it’s another famous game. Montgomery had 23 touches last week and 18 touches a week ago, giving it at least a solid floor.
FLEX: TE Gerald Everett, Rams ($ 4,800)
Everett ran the same number of routes in Week 6 as Tyler Higbee, so their different number of moments can usually be ignored. Higbee also faces an arm injury that, if anything, could further engage Everett in the passing game. It’s worth a dip from Higbee to Everett.
FLEX: WR Josh Reynolds, Rams ($ 2,800)
Reynolds has seen at least four targets in the last four weeks. There aren’t any attractive, inexpensive options in this game, so we’ll rely on Reynolds ’floor given these average goal amounts and hope he finds the end zone.
